NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED GATEWAY EXCHANGE ANNEXATION AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF CHAMPAIGN AND FRASCA ASSOCIATES, LLP, FOR A 23.60 ACRE TRACT OF LAND LOCATED SOUTH OF CURTIS ROAD AND WEST OF DUNCAN ROAD (PLAN CASE NO. PL17-0037)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all interested persons that a public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers of the City Building, 102 North Neil Street, Champaign, Illinois, on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at 4:00 PM before the Plan Commission and on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at 7:00 PM before the City Council on an Annexation Agreement for the following described property:

Said tract of land being more accurately described as follows:

A part of the North One-Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 33, Township 19 North, Range 8 East of the Third Principal meridian, Champaign County, Illinois, being more particularly described as follows, with bearings based on Illinois State Plane Coordinates, East Zone NAD 83:
