Construction of
Village Hall
The Village of Sidell, Illinois will be accepting bids for the construction of a new Village Hall on June 11, 2013, at 6:30pm at the regular board meeting at the Sidell Village Hall, 104 East Market Street, Sidell, Illinois 61876.
The construction plans provide for a structure consisting of three offices, a meeting room, two bathrooms and a two bay garage. One wing of the building is 40'x48' with an 8' ceiling, and another wing is 20'x16' with a 12' ceiling. Other services to be included are site work and new HVAC consisting of a complete geothermal system, plumbing, electrical systems and concrete work. Building plans may be obtained at “The Sidell Reporter”, 116 East Market Street, Sidell, Illinois, Monday through Wednesday between 9am and 5pm.
