2013 Temporary Student Records
Champaign Unit #4 Schools will destroy the temporary records including Special Education records for all former students who either graduated or transferred out of the district on or before June 15, 2007. These records will be destroyed on June 28, 2013. Former students (guardian if under 18yrs) have the right to claim these records if they so choose.
If you (the former student 18yrs. or over ) are unable to claim your records in person, you may designate someone else to do so; however, your designee must bring a notarized letter from you containing his/her name along with providing written authorization for him/her to claim the records on your behalf. In addition, he/she must present photo identification at the time of pick-up.
Either you or your designee must pick up your records within 30 days before the scheduled Disposal date; otherwise, the records will be destroyed. There will be no exceptions. Records will be mailed out to those living outside the Champaign-Urbana area. To claim records, please contact the Records Department at 217-373-7351 or

ANNUAL BUDGET
Notice is hereby given that the proposed annual budget for the City of Urbana in the County of Champaign, State of Illinois, for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2013 and ending June 30, 2014, is on file and conveniently available to public inspection at the Urbana City Clerk’s Office, 400 S. Vine Street, Urbana, Illinois. The budget is also available on the City’s web site: www.urbanaillinois.us and at the Urbana Free Library.
Notice is further given that a public hearing on said proposed annual budget will be held at 7:00 pm on Monday, June 17, 2013, at 400 S. Vine Street, Urbana, Illinois.
Estimated revenues for the proposed budget for fiscal year 2013-14 are $67,288,814 and proposed expenditures are $73,358,083.
All interested citizens and organizations are encouraged to attend. Persons attending the hearing shall have the right to provide written and oral comments and suggestions regarding the proposed annual budget.
