NOTICE OF JUDICIAL SALE
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure entered by the Court in the above-entitled cause the property hereinafter described or so much thereof as shall be sufficient to satisfy said judgment, will be sold to the highest bidder.

B. The common address or other common description, if any, of the real estate is: 1519 Holly Hill Drive, Champaign, IL 61821.
C.A description of the improvement on the real estate is: single family residence, not owner occupied.
D. The real estate will not be available for inspection prior to the sale.
E. The time and place of the sale are: at 9:00 A.M. on the 14th day of June, 2013, in the Lincoln Museum, First Floor of the Champaign County Courthouse, at 101 East Main Street, Urbana, Illinois, or in a place otherwise designated at the time of sale, County of Champaign and State of Illinois.
F. The terms of the sale are: public auction with open, verbal bids; the successful bidder must deposit 10% of bid by certified funds made payable to the Sheriff; balance including the Judicial sale fee for Abandoned Residential Property Municipality Relief Fund, which is calculated on residential real estate at the rate of $1 for each $1,000 or fraction thereof of the amount paid by the purchaser not to exceed $300, by certified funds within five (5) calendar days. NO REFUNDS.
G. Title will be conveyed subject to all general real estate taxes which are a lien upon the real estate, all general real estate taxes which have not yet become due and payable, and special assessments, if any, and easements and restrictions of records, or existing leases, if any, and applicable zoning laws; property is sold “As-is, where is, with no warranties”, and without any representation as to quality or quantity of title and without recourse to Plaintiff. The sale is further subject to confirmation by the Court.

In the City of Champaign, Champaign County, Illinois, will be received at the office of the City Clerk of the City of Champaign at 102 North Neil Street, Champaign, IL 61820, until 9:30 a.m. prevailing time on May 30, 2013, and publicly opened and read aloud at 10:30 a.m. prevailing time on May 30, 2013 in the City of Champaign’s Council Chambers, 102 N. The project is generally described as follows:
(1) Pavement patching, (2) Routing and Crack Sealing, (3) Bituminous Surface Treatment, (4) Pavement Markings, (5) Miscellaneous Street Light Adjustments
Copies of the Plans and Contract documents may be purchased from the office of the Consultant at a price of $50.00. Payment shall be in cash, bank draft or money order, payable to Foth. Payments will not be refunded. The Plans and Contract documents may be examined at the Consultant's office during regular business hours.
Each bid shall be accompanied by an acceptable form of Bid Guaranty in an amount equal to at least TEN PERCENT (10%), as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute the contract and all other Contract Documents and file acceptable contract bond and proof of insurance within fourteen (14) days after the award of the contract and prior to commencement of work.
The City of Champaign, Illinois, reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof and to waive any formality or technicality in any bids in the interest of the City. The criteria for selection of the lowest responsible bidder are set forth in Section 12.5-38 of the Champaign Municipal Code,1985, as amended and the bid documents.
The contractor shall comply with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, the Veteran’s Preference Act, the Employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act, the City’s Equal Opportunity in Purchasing Ordinance and the Illinois Human Rights Act.
If federal funds are used to finance this project, the contractor shall comply with the Davis-Bacon Act.
The Bidder's attention is directed to Section A of part 3 Technical Specifications which addresses Construction Staging, Traffic Control and Incentives.
