Notice is given of the death of J. Robert Ulbrich. On August 23, 2018 a Petition to Admit Will to Probate was filed in the above proceeding. The Will of J. Robert Ulbrich, dated February 22, 2013, was formally admitted to probate and Karen Ulbrich was appointed as Independent Executor on October 19, 2018. Letters of Office were issued on October 24, 2018 to Karen Ulbrich, as Independent Executor of the Estate of J. Robert Ulbrich. The Executor is represented by attorney, Catherine H. Barbercheck.

Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Champaign County Courthouse, 101 E. Main St., Urbana, Illinois, or with the representative, or both, on or within six (6) months of the issuance of Letters of Office, and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
