The requisite affidavit for publication having been filed, notice is hereby given you: MONET LA'CHIA DUKE, also known as MONET L. DUKE, also known as MONET DUKE, UNKNOWN OWNERS AND NONRECORD CLAIMANTS, Defendants in the above entitled suit, that the said suit has been commenced in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court of Champaign County, Illinois, by the Plaintiff against you and other defendants, praying for the foreclosure of a certain Mortgages conveying the premises described as follows, to wit:
Lot 245B of Boulder Ridge Second Subdivision, as per Plat recorded October 20, 2004 as Document 2004 R 33473, in Champaign County, Illinois.
which has the common address of: 1416 Cobblestone Way, Champaign, IL 61822-2071
and which said mortgage was made by MONET DUKE, Mortgagor, to ARTHUR P. and RONDA H. HIPWELL, Mortgagee, and recorded as Document No. 2009 R 28972, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Champaign County, Illinois, and for such relief; that summons was duly issued out of the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court against you as provided by law, and that the said suit is now pending. The present owner of said mortgaged real estate is MONET LA'CHIA DUKE, also known as MONET L. DUKE, also known as MONET DUKE.
NOW, THEREFORE, UNLESS YOU, the said above defendants, file your answer to the complaint in this case or otherwise file your appearance in the Office of the Circuit Court Clerk, 101 East Main Street, Urbana, Illinois on or before December 24, 2015, a default may be entered against you at any time after that day and decree entered in accordance with the prayer of said complaint. YOU ARE FURTHER ADVISED THAT THE TIME IN WHICH THE SUBJECT REAL ESTATE MAY BE REDEEMED FROM FORECLOSURE, PURSUANT TO LAW, COMMENCES TO RUN WITH THE FIRST DATE OF PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
