EARLY VOTING SCHEDULE
Pursuant to Article 19A of the Illinois Election Code, Early Voting for the Consolidated General Election for all Champaign County Precincts will be conducted at the Office of Champaign County Clerk Gordy Hulten, 1776 East Washington Street in Urbana, beginning Monday, March 23, 2015 and continuing through Thursday, April 2, 2015 on weekdays from 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM. The County Clerk’s Office is closed on Friday, April 3, 2015. The County Clerk’s Office will also be open for Early Voting from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Saturday, April 4, 2015. Any voter validly registered in Champaign County may vote at the County Clerk’s Office during the early voting period after showing proper identification.
In addition, Early Voting for the Consolidated General Election will be conducted at the following locations, dates and times for voters validly registered in Champaign County:
Illini Union Federal Room (Basement), 1401 West Green Street in Urbana: Monday, March 30 through Thursday, April 2, on weekdays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday, April 4 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, for all precincts in Champaign County.
Spalding Recreation Center, 910 North Harris in Champaign: Monday, March 30 through Thursday, April 2, on weekdays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday, April 4 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, for all precincts in Champaign County.

BRIAN J. WALLACE is hereby notified that a petition for adoption of a child named Grant Alexander Wallace, born to Chelsey Doty on February 9, 2012, was mailed for filing with the office of the Clerk of the Parke Circuit Court, Rockville, Parke County, Indiana. The petition for adoption alleges that the consent to adoption of Grant Alexander Wallace is not required of BRAIN J. WALLACE because he has abandoned, failed to support, or failed to communicate with the minor child, and that he is otherwise unfit to parent said child. If BRIAN J. WALLACE seeks to contest the adoption of the child, BRIAN J. WALLACE must file a motion to contest the adoption in accordance with IC § 31-19-10-1 in the above-named court not later than thirty (30) days after the date of service of this notice.
If BRIAN J. WALLACE does not file a motion to contest the adoption within thirty (30) days after service of this notice the above-named court will hear and determine the petition for adoption. The consent to adoption of BRIAN J. WALLACE will be irrevocably implied and BRIAN J. WALLACE will lose the right to contest either the adoption or the validity of BRIAN J. WALLACE’S implied consent to the adoption. No oral statement made to BRIAN J. WALLACE relieves him of his obligations under this notice.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all interested persons that a public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers of the City Building, 102 North Neil Street, Champaign, Illinois, on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. before the Plan Commission, concerning two amendments to the Champaign City Code amending the provisions of the Code which address the regulations for signs. The first proposed amendment changes the regulations regarding signs for office and multi-family uses in their respective districts, and the second proposed amendment is to the definition of an “Anchor Store” in the planned regional shopping center, addressing changes in the enclosed mall commercial environment nationally.
