Take Notice that on March 17, 2015 a petition was filed under the Juvenile Court Act 1987 by Lawrence T. Solava in the Circuit Court of Champaign County entitled 'In the Interest of Tanaiya Sampson and that in Courtroom “F”, at 101 E. Main Street, Urbana, IL on April 14, 2015 at the hour of 11:00 AM or as soon thereafter as this cause may be heard, an admonition hearing will be held upon the petition to have the child(ren) declared to be a ward(s) of the Court under that Act. The Court has authority in this proceeding to take from you the custody and guardianship of the minor(s), to terminate your parental rights, and to appoint a guardian with power to consent to adoption. You may lose all parental rights to your child(ren). If the Petition requests the termination of your parental rights and the appointment of a guardian with power to consent to adoption, you may lose all parental rights to your child(ren).
