Notice of filing of evidence regarding the reconciliation of revenues and costs under Ameren Illinois Company d/b/a Ameren Illinois’ Rider GER – Gas Energy Efficiency and Demand Response Cost Recovery (Gas Charge Applicable to Rate GDS-1 Residential Gas Delivery Service [GDS-1] and Rate GDS-2 Small General Gas Delivery Service [GDS-2]) with costs incurred in connection with the cost of gas from June 1, 2015 through May 31, 2016.

To the Patrons of Ameren Illinois Company d/b/a Ameren Illinois:

Ameren Illinois hereby gives notice to the public that it has filed with the Illinois Commerce Commission evidence (direct testimony) regarding the reconciliation of revenues collected from its electric customers under its Rider GER – Gas Energy Efficiency and Demand Response Cost Recovery (Gas Charge Applicable to GDS-1 and GDS-2) with costs incurred in connection with the cost of gas from June 1, 2015 through May 31, 2016.

A copy of such evidence may be obtained by any interested party at Ameren Illinois’ business office in Peoria, Illinois or online at www.icc.illinois.gov/e-docket/.

All parties interested in this matter may obtain information with respect thereto either directly from Ameren Illinois or by addressing the Chief Clerk of the Illinois Commerce Commission, 527 East Capitol Avenue, Springfield, Illinois 62701.

The requisite affidavit for publication having been filed, notice is hereby given you: UNKNOWN OWNERS AND NONRECORD CLAIMANTS, Defendants in the above entitled suit, that the said suit has been commenced in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court of Champaign County, Illinois, by the Plaintiff against you and other defendants, praying for the foreclosure of a certain Mortgages conveying the premises described as follows, to wit:

Lot 29 in Westview Subdivision in Champaign County, Illinois, as per Plat recorded in Plat Book “J” at page 67, in Champaign County, Illinois.

which has the common address of: 1705 Sangamon, Champaign, IL 61821-4934

and which said mortgage was made by JOHN C. CLAYBORN, Mortgagor, to BUSEY BANK, an Illinois Banking Corporation, and said Mortgage recorded as Document No. 2015R01134, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Champaign County, Illinois, and for such relief; that summons was duly issued out of the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court against you as provided by law, and that the said suit is now pending. The present owner of said mortgaged real estate is JOHN C. CLAYBORN.

NOW, THEREFORE, UNLESS YOU, the said above defendants, file your answer to the complaint in this case or otherwise file your appearance in the Office of the Circuit Court Clerk, 101 East Main Street, Urbana, Illinois on or before February 3, 2017, a default may be entered against you at any time after that day and decree entered in accordance with the prayer of said complaint.
