NOTICE IS GIVEN to Defendants, RICHARD PATTERSON, CONSECO BANK, INC., DITECH MORTGAGE CORP., f/k/a GREEN TREE SERVICING, UNKNOWN OWNERS and NON-RECORD CLAIMANTS, of the following described real estate that the above-entitled lien foreclosure action is now pending and the day on or after which a default may be entered against said Defendants is the 22nd day of December, 2017.

COMMUNITY CONSOLIDATED SCHOOL DISTRICT NUMBER 197

CHAMPAIGN AND VERMILION COUNTIES,

ILLINOIS

TO ISSUE $500,000

WORKING CASH FUND BONDS

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that on the 11th day of December, 2017, the Board of Education (the “Board”) of Community Consolidated School District Number 197, Champaign and Vermilion Counties, Illinois (the “District”), adopted a resolution declaring its intention and determination to issue bonds in the aggregate amount of $500,000 for the purpose of increasing the Working Cash Fund of the District, and it is the intention of the Board to avail of the provisions of Article 20 of the School Code of the State of Illinois, and all laws amendatory thereof and supplementary thereto, and to issue said bonds for the purpose of increasing said Working Cash Fund. Said Working Cash Fund is to be maintained in accordance with the provisions of said Article and shall be used for the purpose of enabling the District to have in its treasury at all time sufficient money to meet demands thereon for expenditures for corporate purposes.

A petition may be filed with the Secretary of the Board (the “Secretary”) within thirty (30) days after the date of publication of this notice, signed by not less than 166 voters of the District, said number of voters being equal to ten percent (10%) of the registered voters of the District, requesting that the proposition to issue said bonds as authorized by the provisions of said Article 20 be submitted to the voters of the District. If such petition is filed with the Secretary on or before the 18th day of December, 2017, an election on the proposition to issue said bonds shall be held on the 20th day of March, 2018. If such petition is filed with the Secretary within thirty (30) days after the date of publication of this notice and after the 18th day of December, 2017, an election on the proposition to issue said bonds shall be held on the 6th day of November, 2018. The Circuit Court may declare that an emergency referendum should be held prior to either of said election dates pursuant to the provisions of Section 2A-1.4 of the Election Code of the State of Illinois, as amended. If no such petition is filed within said thirty (30) day period, then the District shall thereafter be authorized to issue said bonds for the purpose hereinabove provided.

Notification of Funding Availability Champaign County Mental Health Board (CCMHB)/ Champaign County Board for Care and Treatment of Persons with a Developmental Disability (CCDDB) - The two funding sources utilize this online system for submission of funding requests for contract years beginning July 1 and ending June 30. Request for Proposals Demographic Services

Champaign, Illinois Unit 4 School District is seeking proposals to provide professional demographic services for planning and implementing school projects. The District requests interested firms to submit a Proposal to the School District. A copy of the specific Request for Proposals may be obtained by contacting Tom Lockman, Chief Financial and Legal Officer, at 703 S New St, Champaign IL 61820 or by accessing the District’s website www.champaignschools.org under the Finance Section. Please submit eight (8) copies of your firm’s Proposal by Friday, December 22, 2017, 2:00 pm local time in a sealed envelope.

If you have questions regarding this process, please contact Tom Lockman at lockmath@u4sd.org. In an effort to promote a fair, quality-based selection process, the District specifically requests that firms submitting their Proposals direct all questions through Tom Lockman.

Champaign Unit 4 School District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any or all technicalities required for the best interest of the School District.

It is the intent of the District to utilize Minority and Female Business Enterprises (MBE/FBE) for demographic services and the District encourages certified MBE/FBEs to submit Statements of Qualifications.
