The Workforce Development Board of East Central Illinois, Workforce Innovation Area 17, serving Champaign, Ford, Iroquois, Piatt Counties, will submit a modification to its Four Year Local Job Training Plan under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act to the Bureau of Workforce Development of the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity.

The purpose of this modification is to transfer 30% of Program Year 2016 allocations for the Dislocated Workers funds into the Adult program funds under Title 1B of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). Current program funds available for PY 2016 are as follows:
