TAKE NOTICE that the Vermilion County Soil & Water Conservation District of Danville, Illinois pursuant to “An Act regulating wages of laborers, mechanics and other workers employed in any public works by the State, county, city or any public body or any political subdivision or by anyone under contract for public works, “approved June 2015, as amended, has determined on, and as effective from June 23rd, 2015, that the general prevailing rate of wages in this locality for laborers, mechanics, and other works engaged in the construction of public works coming under the jurisdiction of the Vermilion County Soil & Water Conservation District is the same as determined by the Department of Labor of the State of Illinois for Vermilion County as of June, 2015. A copy of the full Ordinance and the Department of Labor determination is available for inspection by any interested party in the main office of the Vermilion County Soil & Water Conservation District, and to any employer; association of employers and any person or employee or associate of employees who have filed, or file their names and address, requesting copies of the same.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the death of LEO C. LOWE, of 1012 Holiday Drive, Champaign Illinois died on October 22, 2014. Letters of Office were issued on June 26, 2015, to William Campbell III, as Independent Administrator. The attorneys for the Estate are Dodd & Maatuka, 303 S. Mattis Avenue, Ste. 201, Champaign, IL 61821-3051. The Estate will be administered without Court supervision unless under Paragraph 5/28-4 of the Estates Act (755 ILCS 5/28-4) any interested person terminates Independent Administration at any time by mailing or delivering a Petition to Terminate to the Clerk.

Claims against the Estate may be filed in the Office of the Circuit Clerk, Probate Division at Champaign County Courthouse, 101 E. Main, Urbana, IL 61801, or with the representative, or both, within six (6) months from the first publication date and any claim not filed within that period is barred.
