Sealed bids will be received in the Office of the County Clerk until 4:30 P.M. on April 27, 2018 and must be submitted on the bid form available at the Iroquois County Clerk's Office. Bids will be opened at the Management Committee meeting of the Iroquois County Board on April 30, 2018 at 9:00 A.M. Proposals will be opened and read publicly at that time. No proposals will be issued after 4:00 pm. on May 09, 2018.
Plans and proposal forms will be available in the office of the County Engineer. All proposals must be accompanied by a proposal guarantee as provided in Recurring Local Roads Special Provision LRS6. The County reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals as provided in Recurring Local Road Special Provision LRS6. Prequalification of bidders is required.

The project consists of: Alterations and interior build-out of approximately 5,900 square feet of office and public meeting room spaces at the south end of the existing building, including but not limited to upgrades to existing mechanical, electrical, and life safety systems; as well as exterior site improvements.
