Plan Case 2339-T-18: An application by the Urbana Zoning Administrator to amend the Urbana Zoning Ordinance to combine the Mixed-Office-Residential (MOR) Development Review Board and the Design Review Board.

The Urbana Zoning Administrator is proposing to amend Article XI (Administration) of the Zoning Ordinance to combine the review boards and to make any other changes, including to other Articles, that are deemed necessary to provide clarity and ease of administration.
