The Workforce Development Board of East Central Illinois, Workforce Investment Area 17, serving Champaign, Ford, Iroquois, Piatt Counties, has submitted a modification to its Five Year Local Job Training Plan under the Workforce Investment Act to the Bureau of Workforce Development of the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity.
The purpose of this modification is to incorporate Program formula allocation for Program Year 2013 for the adult, dislocated workers, and youth funding streams under Title 1B of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 (WIA). Program funds available for PY 2013 are as follows:

Dislocated
Workers $427,414
Youth $901,308
Total $1,1,857,585
The modified Five Year Local Job Training Plan may be reviewed at the Illinois Employment & Training Center, 1307 North Mattis Avenue, Champaign, IL 61821.
