NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all interested persons that a public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers of the City Building, 102 North Neil Street, Champaign, Illinois, on Thursday, July 21, at 4:00 p.m. on three major variances and one minor variance to reduce the front and rear yard setbacks, reduce the minimum lot area required, and increase the allowed residential density in the IT-SF2 zoning district, for the property located at 1101 South Randolph Street.

The legal description of the subject property is as follows:
