NOTICE OF DEATH AND CLAIM PERIOD
Notice is given of the death of Betty L. Hinkle. Letters of office as Independent Executor were issued on December 15, 2014, to James D. Hinkle, 402 S. Market, Bondville, IL 61815, whose attorney is Timothy S. Jefferson, of Rawles, O'Byrne, Stanko, Kepley & Jefferson, P.C., 501 West Church Street, P. O. Box 800, Champaign, Illinois 61824-0800.
Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Champaign County Courthouse, Urbana, Illinois, or with the representatives, or both, within six (6) months from June 22, 2014, which is the first date of publication of this notice, and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representatives and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.

Notice of filing of evidence regarding the reconciliation of revenues and costs under Ameren Illinois Company d/b/a Ameren Illinois’ Rider GER – Gas Energy Efficiency and Demand Response Cost Recovery (Gas Charge Applicable to Rate GDS-1 Residential Gas Delivery Service [GDS-1] and Rate GDS-2 Small General Gas Delivery Service [GDS-2]) with costs incurred in connection with the cost of gas from June 1, 2012 through May 31, 2013.
To the Patrons of Ameren Illinois Company d/b/a Ameren Illinois:
Ameren Illinois hereby gives notice to the public that it has filed with the Illinois Commerce Commission evidence (direct testimony) regarding the reconciliation of revenues collected from its electric customers under its Rider GER – Gas Energy Efficiency and Demand Response Cost Recovery (Gas Charge Applicable to GDS-1 and GDS-2) with costs incurred in connection with the cost of gas from June 1, 2012 through May 31, 2013.
A copy of such evidence may be obtained by any interested party at Ameren Illinois’ business office in Peoria, Illinois or online at www.icc.illinois.gov/e-docket/.
All parties interested in this matter may obtain information with respect thereto either directly from Ameren Illinois or by addressing the Chief Clerk of the Illinois Commerce Commission, 527 East Capitol Avenue, Springfield, Illinois 62701.

NOTICE OF PUBLICATION - CLAIMS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the death of Lois S. White, who died on the 16th day of July, 2014. Letters of Office were issued on November 21, 2014, to David Samuel White of 2755 Sand Hallow Court, Clearwater, Florida 33761, as Executor, whose attorney is Paul E. Selin of the Law Offices of Paul E. Selin, 100 North Chestnut, Suite 200, Champaign, Illinois 61820.
Claims against the Estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Champaign County Courthouse, 101 East Main Street, Urbana, Illinois, or with the representative, or both, on or before June 30, 2014, and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
Notice is also hereby given to the unknown heirs of Lois S. White, Deceased, and to all whom it may concern, who are heirs or legatees in the above proceeding to probate a Will, and whose names or addresses are not stated in the Petition, that an Order was entered by the Court on November 14, 2014, admitting the Will to probate. Within 42 days after the effective date of the original Order of Admission, you may file a petition with the Court to require proof of the Will by testimony of the witnesses to the Will in open Court or other evidence, as provided in Section 6-21 of the Probate Act (Ill.Rev.Stat., Ch. 110-1/2, par. 6-21). You also have the right under Section 8-1 of the Probate Act (Ill.Rev.Stat., Ch. 100-1/2, par. 8-1) to contest the validity of the Will by filing a petition with the Court within six (6) months after admission for the Will to probate.
