Notice Is Given of the death of Ralph A. Tarter. Letters of office were issued on April 11, 2019 to the undersigned, whose attorney and addresses are shown below.

Notice Is Given To: Unknown Heirs of Ralph A. Tarter, deceased, whose names or addresses are not stated in the Petition.

You And Each Of You Are Hereby Notified that an Order was entered by the Court on the 8th day of April, 2019, admitting the Will of the above deceased to probate. Within 42 days after the effective date of the original order of admission, you may file a petition with the court to require proof of the Will by testimony of the witnesses to the Will in open court or other evidence, as provided in §6-21 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/6-21). You also have the right under §8-2 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/8-1) to contest the validity of the Will by filing a petition with the court within 6 months after admission of the Will to probate.

Claims may be filed against the estate on or before October 18, 2019, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Champaign County Courthouse, 101 E. Main Street, Urbana, Illinois 61801, or with the Executor, or both. Any claim not filed on or before the date stated in this Notice is barred.

Ameren Illinois Company d/b/a Ameren Illinois:

Ameren Illinois (or Company) hereby gives notice to the public that on April 9, 2019, it filed with the Illinois Commerce Commission (ICC or Commission) evidence (direct testimony) regarding the reconciliation of revenues and costs under the Company's Purchased Gas Adjustment (PGA) Rider with costs incurred in connection with the cost of gas from January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018. The evidence is applicable to Rate Zone I (formerly the AmerenCIPS service territory), Rate Zone II (formerly the AmerenCILCO service territory) and Rate Zone III (formerly the AmerenIP service territory); and may result in changes in its rates and charges with respect to gas delivery services throughout the Company's gas service territory in Illinois. The changes in rates and charges will take effect after hearings and after the Commission issues its final Order.

A copy of the evidence may be inspected at the Ameren Illinois offices located at 300 Liberty Street, Peoria, Illinois or online at www.icc.illinois.gov/e-docket/.

Sealed BIDS will be received until 2:00 P.M. prevailing time on May 15, 2019 and opened and read aloud publicly at 2:02 P.M. prevailing time on May 15, 2019 at the office of the City Engineer, 706 South Glover, Urbana, Illinois, 61802 for RFP # 1819-17 the 2019 CONCRETE SIDEWALK REPAIR PROJECT (City Section 18-00617-00-SW) furnishing of all materials, equipment and labor necessary complete the removal and replacement of existing concrete sidewalks with new Portland Cement Concrete (P.C.C.) sidewalks. Work shall also include curb and gutter replacement, driveway replacement, traffic control, restoration, and all other work related to the completion of the project. All of the sidewalks and streets under this project belong to the City of Urbana.

Each BID must be accompanied by a BID BOND payable to the City of Urbana in the amount of five percent of the total amount of the BID. The Bid Bond of the three lowest bidders for the CONTRACT will be held until receipt of a signed CONTRACT and CONTRACT BOND. All other BID BONDS will be returned after comparison of the BIDS.

A CONTRACT BOND in the total amount of the contract price with a corporate surety approved by the City will be required for the faithful performance of the CONTRACT.

Bidders must be IDOT prequalified under the Concrete Construction work category as defined in Section 650.APPENDIX A Available Work Categories in the 44 IL.ADM CODE SEC. 650.

The BID forms and plans may be examined and copies obtained at the office of the City Engineer, 706 South Glover Avenue, Urbana, Illinois 61802.

All bidders are required to provide current financial and experience statements or other pre-qualification documents to show satisfactory evidence of the bidder's competency to perform the proposed work prior to award of CONTRACT. The award for the CONTRACT will be made to the lowest qualified bidder.

Sealed Bids for the Elevated Tank Restoration will be received by The Village of Buckley, at 124 S. Railroad Ave., Buckley, IL 60918, until 2:00 p.m. local time on June 24, 2019, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the high-pressure power washing of the tank exterior, mechanical surface preparation and priming where needed, and over coating. The tank dry interior shall have mechanical surface preparation, priming and overcoating where needed. The wet interior shall have complete blast removal and replacement of the coating system. Also included are minor repairs to the vent, ladders and overflow for the tank and replacement of the cathodic protection system.

The procurement will be subject to regulations contained in the Procedures for Issuing Loans from the Public Water Supply Loan Program (35IAC Part 662), the Davis-Bacon Act (40 USC 276a through 276a-5) as defined by the United States Department of Labor, the Employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act (30 ILCS 570), and the “Use of American Iron and Steel” requirements as contained in Section 436 of H.R. 3547, The Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2014. This procurement is also subject to the loan recipient's policy regarding the increased use of disadvantaged business enterprises.
