NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all interested persons that a public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers of the City Building, 102 North Neil Street, Champaign, Illinois, on Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. before the Plan Commission, on the proposed rezoning of a property located at 1706, 1708, and 1714 West Springfield and 1709 Union Street. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Plan Commission of the City of Urbana, Illinois will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 22nd, 2015 at 7:30 P.M. in the Urbana City Council Chambers, 400 South Vine Street, Urbana, Illinois, at which time and place the Commission will consider the following application:
