Letters of Office were issued on February 4, 2016, to Charles W. Stewart of 2405 Jimmie Ave., Fayetteville, Arkansas 72703; personal representative of the estate, whose attorney is Hunt Henderson, Attorney at Law, 112 East Center Street, LeRoy, Illinois 61752. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Champaign County Circuit Clerk's Office, 101 East Main Street, Urbana, Illinois 61801; or with the personal representative, with his designated in state agent, his attorney (Hunt Henderson), or both, on or before the 15th day of September, 2016, or if mailing or delivery of a notice from the personal representative is required by Section 18-3 of the Probate Act of 1975, the date stated in that notice. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Circuit Clerk must be mailed or delivered by the claimant to the personal representative and the personal representative's attorney within 10 days after the claim has been filed, and proof of such mailing or delivery must be filed with the Circuit Clerk.

Sealed bids will be accepted by the Watseka Park District Board from qualified general contractors for the interior remodeling of the existing Watseka Park District building in Watseka, Illinois to incorporate a new kitchen. Bids will be publicly opened at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, March 14, 2016 at the existing Watseka Park District Building, 110 South Third Street, Watseka, Illinois, 60970.
All work shall be performed utilizing the Prevailing Wage rates as established in this jurisdiction. Bid bond or Certified Check is required. It is the intent of Champaign Community School District Unit #4 to utilize Minority and Female Business Enterprises (MBE/FBE) in the construction of the school facilities in the District. In this regard, the District encourages minority and female participation as Prime Contractors, as well as for Prime Contractors to utilize available resources to identify such businesses, and recruit them to work as Subcontractors and suppliers on the Project. The District’s target goal is 6% MBE and 4% FBE participation. The percent goal is reflective of current Capital Development Board participation goals for Champaign County at the date of this notice.
