Champaign Community Unit School District #4, as Owner of this Project, is receiving sealed bids from qualified trade contractors for Unit 4 Properties Phase 1 Demolition, located at 603 & 607 Church Street, 201 & 203 Lynn Street, and 606 Park Avenue, Champaign, Illinois. Bidders will be subcontracting this work to the Construction Manager. The Construction Manager for this Project is O’Shea Builders and the Architects are Perkins & Will and IGW Architecture. Bids will be received by Unit 4 as mentioned below. All successful bidders will be assigned as subcontractors to O’Shea Builders.
