ASBESTOS ABATEMENT
The bid documents for the project, including plans and specifications are available from the office of Reliable Environmental Solutions, Inc., 4211 Westgate Drive, Springfield, Illinois 62711, phone 217/787-9800.
The project includes the following:
Old Washington Elementary School Asbestos Abatement - Provide all material, labor, and equipment to remove and dispose of asbestos containing pipe insulation, boiler insulation, floor tile, and floor tile mastic in various locations throughout the school.
Contractors may obtain one (1) hard copy of the Bid Documents with a refundable deposit of $50 per set, made payable to Monticello CUSD #25.
MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: March 5, 2019 at 11:00 am at the Superintendent*s Office located at 2 Sage Drive, Monticello, IL. All bidders are required to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting and to participate in a walk-thru of the facility.
BID DATE: March 12, 2019 at 2:00 pm at the Superintendent*s Office, 2 Sage Drive, Monticello, Illinois 61856. No bids will be accepted after that date and time. Immediately after the closing time for receiving bids, they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
