NOTICE IS GIVEN of the Order, dated November 16, 2018, Admitting the Will of GERALD D. WOOD to Probate, and to Issue Letters of Administration as Independent Executor to Robert D. Lane. Within forty-two (42) days after the effective date of the original order of admission, heirs and legatees may file a petition with the court to require proof of the will by testimony of the witnesses to the will in open court or other evidence, as provided in section 5/6-21 of the Probate Act of 1975. Heirs and legatees also have the right under section 5/8-1 of the Probate Act of 1975 to contest the validity of the will by filing a petition with the court within six (6) months after admission of the will to probate.
