The requisite affidavit for publication having been filed, notice is hereby given you: UNKNOWN OWNERS AND NONRECORD CLAIMANTS, Defendants in the above entitled suit, that the said suit has been commenced in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court of Champaign County, Illinois, by the Plaintiff against you and other defendants, praying for the foreclosure of a certain Mortgages conveying the premises described as follows, to wit:

Lots 25 and 26 in Lake-Park Subdivision No. 2 in Champaign County, Illinois, as per plat recorded in Book “N” at page 9, in Champaign County, Illinois

and which said mortgage was made by SHIRLEY L. WITTE, Mortgagor, to BUSEY BANK, an Illinois Banking Corporation, and said Mortgage recorded as Document No. 99 R 32988, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Champaign County, Illinois, and for such relief; that summons was duly issued out of the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court against you as provided by law, and that the said suit is now pending. The present owner of said mortgaged real estate is SHIRLEY L. WITTE, trustee, under the Shirley L. Witte Living Trust dated May 21, 2001.

NOW, THEREFORE, UNLESS YOU, the said above defendants, file your answer to the complaint in this case or otherwise file your appearance in the Office of the Circuit Court Clerk, 101 East Main Street, Urbana, Illinois on or before July 15, 2016, a default may be entered against you at any time after that day and decree entered in accordance with the prayer of said complaint. Invitation to Bid (ITB): Champaign County Facilities is seeking bids from responsible vendors to furnish all materials and labor for ITB 2016-005 Champaign County Facilities ADA Compliance Exterior Concrete and Asphalt Work at up to six (6) Champaign County Facility sites. Only Plan Holders of Record that register and obtain documents from the Engineer may submit bids for this project. COMBINED ANNUAL BUDGET AND APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE

WHEREAS, there has been prepared a Tentative Budget and Appropriation

Ordinance for the Ivesdale Fire Protection District; and

WHEREAS, said Tentative Budget and Appropriation Ordinance was duly

presented for Public Hearing on June 21, 2016, following timely notice thereof;

Section 3. That there is hereby appropriated for the use of the Ivesdale Fire

Protection District for the Fiscal Year June 1, 2016 to May 31, 2017, the sum of $201,000.00 be divided among the several purposes specified and enumerated in Section 2 above, which is hereby incorporated by reference as part of Section 3.

Section 4. Any accumulation of funds is being made pursuant to the provisions of 70

ILCS 705/14, for the purpose of procuring fire-fighting apparatus and equipment and repairing and improving District buildings.

Section 5. This Ordinance shall be effective following a Public Hearing held on June 21, 2016.

NOTICE OF PREVAILING WAGE

RATE DETERMINATION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Board of Trustees of the Ivesdale Fire Protection District, pursuant to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 ILCS, 130/1, et seq., that the Board has determined the general prevailing rate of wages in this locality for laborers, mechanics, and other workers engaged in the construction of public works coming under the jurisdiction of the Board of Trustees is hereby ascertained to be the same as the prevailing rate of wages in the Champaign County area as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor as of June 1, 2016. Said determination was made by the Board of Trustees by adoption of Ordinance No. 16-6-2, “An Ordinance Establishing Prevailing Wage Rates,” adopted on June 21, 2016.

A copy of said Ordinance will be mailed to any employer, and to any other person or association of employees who have filed their names and addresses, requesting copies of any determination stating the particular class of workers whose wages will be affected by such rates. A copy of said Ordinance and determination is also available for public inspection at the office of the Ivesdale Fire Protection District, 406 Third Street, Ivesdale, Illinois
