The project consists of: Work includes re-roofing of multiple sections of roof at Lincoln Trail Elementary School. Contractor to remove ballast, flashing, and existing loose laid EPDM. Mechanically fasten existing polyisocanurate insulation board into existing metal deck per FM 1-90 wind up lift guidelines. Install ½” densdeck prime fully adhered per FM 1-90 wind up lift guidelines. Install SBS modified base sheet set in cold applied adhesive followed by SBS modified mineral cap sheet set in cold applied adhesive. Entire roof and flashings to receive aluminized coating. Contractor to reference drawings and specifications for detailed installation requirements of overall roof system.
