NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING A
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Urbana, Illinois will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at 7:30 P.M. in the Urbana City Council Chambers, 400 S. Vine Street, Urbana, Illinois, at which time and place the Board will consider the following case:
ZBA Case 2016-C-04: A request by Aaron Freeman of U-Haul Company of Illinois for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a Self-Storage Facility at 2010 South Philo Road in the B-3, General Business Zoning District.
The applicant is proposing the installation of outdoor self-storage units to complement truck rental facilities at this location. Table V-1, Table of Uses in the Urbana Zoning Ordinance states that a “Self-Storage Facility” in the B-3, General Business District is allowed as a Conditional Use.
The subject property is more particularly described as follows:
Lot I of Southgate Shopping Center Subdivision as per Plat recorded in Book "2" at Page 176, except that part of said Lot 1 lying within Webber's Replat of a Part of Lot 1 and Lot 2 of Southgate Shopping Center Subdivision as per Plat recorded as Document Number 2001R18798, in Champaign County, lllinois.

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
The City of East Peoria (Illinois) is seeking statements of Qualifications for Engineering services for a $2.7 million FEMA/IEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program funded project for the Pinecrest Hills Subdivision (Kaitlin Court / Sunnybrook Drive Landslide Hazard Mitigation Project) in the City of East Peoria.
Qualified engineering firms should submit an RFQ containing an introduction, background, specialized knowledge, and personal/professional knowledge. Experience working on FEMA/IEMA with projects is a plus. You may obtain a Request for Qualification requirement guideline from the Public Works Director:
