The project will include renovation to existing elementary school (approx. 42,000 sq. ft), site improvements and construction of an attached addition (approx. 8,600 sq. ft.) consisting of a gymnasium, support spaces and two (2) new kindergarten classrooms.

General Contractors may obtain up to four (4) copies of the Bid Documents with a refundable deposit of $300.00 per set, made payable to Champaign Unit 4 School District. Only after obtaining two (2) copies of Bid Documents, an optional CD with Bid Documents may be purchased for a non-refundable cost of $150.00. Bid Documents are also available for viewing online at Dean’s Digital Plan Room. Shipping costs for Bid Documents and CD are the responsibility of the general contractors.
