Casey B. Hicks, being first duly sworn, deposes and says she is an attorney and duly authorized agent of PNC Bank, N.A. as Successor by Merger to National City Bank, (“Plaintiff”) in this behalf.

1. This Affidavit is made pursuant to the provisions of Section 2-206 and 2-413 of the Code of Civil Procedure (735 ILCS 5/2-206, 5/2-413) and Section 15-1502 of the Illinois Mortgage Foreclosure Law (735 ILCS 5/15-1502) for the purpose of obtaining jurisdiction of the above court over Defendants, Estate of Wilbur L. Bradley, Co-Administrator and Heir of the Estate of Wilbur L. Bradley, Unknown Heirs and Legatees of Wilbur L. Bradley, Unknown Owners and Non-Record Claimants, on information and belief, are unknown to Plaintiff and to this Affiant so that service of process cannot be served upon these Defendants.
