This 3-class series for expecting parents covers labor, delivery, postpartum and the newborn. Participants will learn breathing, relaxation and pushing techniques and tour the Blessed Beginning Birthing Center. The 3rd class in the series also includes breakout sessions for Breastfeeding Classes and Dad's Classes. If you register for the series, you do not need to register separately for the Breastfeeding or Dad’s classes.

All classes are held at Provena Covenant Medical Center (1400 W. Park Street, Urbana)  from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. All classes will be held in Auditorium B, unless otherwise noted.
