And what goes around comes around. How wonderful it is to live and see it all unfold. Having had a past with Mr. Phillips concerning his brand of police work and law i can personally attest to his lack of character. Ya know how you learn things about people from personal, public or friend relationships over time and they create a picture of who and what they are all about. I am very pleased to see that circle close around Greg Phillips neck leaving him to hang in full view for everyone to see what I've always believed him to be.
I don't know the current story or state of affairs. I can only base my opinion on what I've experienced and this newest development does not surprise but only causes indifference to the accused. My prayers and sympathies are with the victim that they have the strength and courage to see this matter through to its resolution. I won't be sitting on any jury, my conscience doesn't allow me to look the other way. Just sayin...
To this young point in my participation in this forum, I'd say I do not see much point in personal opinions about this legal matter that has not even begun yet.
If I were to be called for jury duty for this matter and in the questioning to the potential jurors they asked if I had any preset ideas about the officer, I'd have to say that yeah, sahuoy biased me against the officer.
When the pursuit of justice lands literally on our back doorstep (unlike a national event like the O.J. trial) I think it most wise to abstain from spreading negative images of anyone seeking justice which is a guarantee we're supposed to all have: right to a fair trail and jury of our peers.
Regards,
It's just the timing, just the timing. I personally will not choose to be judge, jury and hangman 5 minutes after I read the article.
Regards,
Not sure where you get your facts but Officer Norbits did not shoot anyone prior to the Carrington incident. If you are talking about the Brown case Officer Norbits was on scene but not the cause of death. It was Mr Browns own neglect for his body (overweight) that caused his death. And the thing not brought up was Mr Brown attacked an Officer 200lbs less his weight and was on top of that officer when others arrived. That first officer never recovered from that attack and has since left the department. I feel no loss for someone that does not act like a positive member of the community.Don't open your mouth unless you know the facts.

Without more details, you seem immersed in rumor and innuendo.
