I don't know. But my hometown, Danville, would probably look just about the same.
Danville might look better in fact! Honestly, if they would stop bulldozing a car wash to put up a gas station to put a car wash across the street...or build a Walgreens two blocks from another one...business might actually stay in business for more than a year or two. And with an older population, I have no idea how they can't keep a business like Bob Evans open.
But, to answer your question, much of Champaign would probably be gone but there would be the shells or rubble of some well-built structures still discernable.
