Students watch as members of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc, demonstrate their dancing skills during the Urbana Middle School celebration of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Support (PBIS) zero referral incentive at the school in Urbana on Thursday, October 25,2012. All students who attained a zero referral status for the first quarter of school were eligible to attend the PBIS incentive. Activities included jugglers, face painting and a color guard lesson, along with other activities for the students.Ê
