Whether it is a joke or not won't be known until the building is completed (IF it gets completed). However, the sign was up before the building's frame was. There are currently Burger Kings, Pizza Huts, Green Bean's Coffee Shops, and a few Subways on the other bases here in Iraq, so Fallujah is about due to get herself a fast food resturant in the middle of nowhere - truly a pillar of modern civilization...
