Clark-Lindsey looks to expand housing

Officials with Clark-Lindsey Village in Urbana are working on plans to provide new housing options for local retirees.
The project calls for 16 townhouses in four one-story buildings on the northeast portion of the property of the retirement community.
Clark-Lindsey Director of Marketing Ron Wilcox said there's a market for these type of housing options among retirees.

Wilcox added that the townhouses would also be available to current residents of Clark-Lindsey Village. He said the project is still in the planning stages, but that the hope is that construction crews can break ground on the project this summer, allowing residents to move into the townhouses in the summer of next year.
