2018 Street Ministries Conference. Saturday, Danville Rescue Mission, 834 N. Bowman Ave., Danville. Conference sessions from 2 to 4 p.m. and a dinner meeting at 6. Theme: "Take Him to the Streets." Host is Pastor Daniel Offet, director of the Danville Rescue Mission, along with the Rev. Jerry and Linda Jones, who have 50 years of ministry experience, founded the mission in 1979 and most recently founded the Revival Fire Bible Institute and Ministries. Third Annual Interfaith Picnic. 4 to 6:30 p.m. July 29, Crystal Lake Park, Urbana. Come join your friends and neighbors from various faith communities across Champaign-Urbana as we gather for food, fun and conversation. This event is free and appropriate for the entire family.
