There is a huge pothole, filled with water and unable to pull into parking space without falling into huge ledge on the edge of the alley. It is a one-way alley drive/parking lot spaces just to the south side of Carle Clinic. Just at 3:10 p.m. saw an endloader loaded with asphalt shavings, followed by a city truck drive right through it. If you need additional information, knock on door at 310 N. Coler, Urbana, IL.
