Edison Elementary School students view turkey being cooked over a fire at the school in Danville Thursday October 25, 2012. Fifth graders were cooking traditional meal including turkey, potatoes, pioneer cornbread, fry bread, applesauce, corn fritters and white chocolate bread pudding and making apple cider for the annual Taste of the Colonies. At lunch students will eat outside like an authentic colonial meal.
