Urbana-Champaign Energy Star Challenge Launch Party and Lunch & Learn. Noon to 1:30 p.m., Champaign County EDC, 1817 S. Neil St., Suite 100, C. Building owners and managers are invited to benchmark their buildings' 2013 energy use on the free Energy Star Portfolio Manager tool and then track and improve their energy performance through 2014.
