It's Your Business: Empanadas House opening campus store

The Empanadas House is finally getting a "house" of its own.

Juan Olarte began operating The Empanadas House food truck in Champaign-Urbana last year. The business serves up empanadas with a variety of fillings, such as beef, chicken and pork, as well as dessert empanadas.

Now the business is getting ready to open a store in Campustown, at 404 E. Green St., C.

Check the firm's website — theempanadashouse.com — and its Facebook page for details on the opening. A menu of the restaurant's offerings is available at the website.

Show us your happy dance

Finally, feeling silly? Staples is holding a contest to find the best videos of people doing "the shopping cart dance."

In the "Make 15 Seconds of Fame Happen" contest, entrants are encouraged to download a song from the website staples.com/shoppingcartdance. They then are supposed to create a video of the shopping cart dance, fill out an entry form and upload their video.

Staples will select up to 40 submissions to star in back-to-school commercials.

Submissions will be accepted until June 23, and the winners will be announced July 8. Winners will appear in a national Staples back-to-school ad, and each will receive a $250 Staples gift card.
