Crime report

Area police report the following:

CHAMPAIGN

– Hopkins Hall, 103 E. Gregory Drive: Laptop computer, Xbox 360, digital camera and iPod docking station, worth total of $2,500, reported stolen from unlocked room Thursday.

– Carle Clinic, 1701 W. Curtis Road: Box of Demerol pain reliever stolen Feb. 19; reported Friday.

– 600 block of East Washington Street: 22-year-old woman pushed by a 22-year-old man who took her purse on Feb. 21.

– 900 block of West Tremont Street: Vehicle entered Sunday; speakers, amplifier, subwoofers stolen.

– 1400 block of Holly Hill Drive: Vehicle owner loaned vehicle to someone Saturday who stole digital camera, car amplifier and cell phone.

– 700 block of North Neil Street: 44-year-old Champaign man robbed by four men about 8:20 p.m. Friday.

– 100 block of South Fourth Street: Television and laptop computer stolen Saturday.

– 1200 block of North Champaign Street: Vehicle left running in driveway Friday stolen but found a few hours later; three male juveniles seen running from it.

– The Blind Pig, 120 N. Walnut St.: Two wallets and a purse containing keys, passport, camera, credit and debit cards stolen about 11:15 p.m. Friday.

– 900 block of North Willis Street: Forced entry to home about 10:30 a.m. Saturday; flat-screen TV, computer hard drive, two laptop computers, Xbox 360 game console, iPod Touch and cell phone among items stolen.

– 300 block of North Neil Street: Police called to parking lot about 2:10 a.m. Sunday to break up large fight; no arrests.

– 1100 block of Euclid Street: Two vehicle windows and a gas-tank cover damaged Sunday.

– 300 block of East Armory Avenue: Windshield damaged Saturday or Sunday.

– 3700 block of Thornhill Drive: Vehicle damaged Sunday.

– 1200 block of Holiday: Windows in two trucks broken Sunday.

– 1500 block of Lincolnshire Drive: Vehicle window broken and Garmin GPS system stolen Feb. 20; reported Monday.

– 2400 block of High View Court: Wallet, two credit cards, University of Illinois identification card, cash and savings account card stolen Feb. 8.

– 1000 block of West William Street: Rug damaged and porch and vehicle vandalized Saturday.

– 1600 block of West Bradley Avenue: Door frame damaged Sunday.

– 900 block of Crescent Drive: Jacket reported stolen Monday.

– 800 block of South Mattis Avenue: In-dash stereo CD player, stereo amplifier, cash, CD case, CDs, car charger for GPS unit and CDs stolen and window damaged on three vehicles that were forcibly entered Sunday.

– Vine and Lynn streets: iPod reported stolen Monday.

– 900 block of Crescent Drive: Backpack and textbook stolen Feb. 25; reported Monday.

URBANA

– 500 block of West University Avenue: Stolen check used to buy beer, cigarettes and a phone card Sunday.

– 800 block of West Oregon Street: Two pieces of mail containing checks were stolen on an MTD bus Feb. 24; reported Sunday.

– 900 block of North Broadway Avenue: Two car tires slashed Monday morning.

– Grainger Engineering Library Information Center, 1301 W. Springfield Ave.: Backpack, electronic dictionary and charger, calculator and textbook, with a total value of $635, stolen Monday night; in a separate theft, a laptop computer worth $1,000 and lecture notes were reported stolen about 7:30 p.m.

– Undergraduate Library, 1402 W. Gregory Drive: Two wallets stolen in two incidents Monday. In both cases, wallets had been left out in open.

– 900 block of North Broadway Avenue: Two car tires slashed and trunk of car scratched Monday.

– 700 block of West University Avenue: Car window broken Monday.
