In crimes reported to area police:
CHAMPAIGN
– Market and Garwood streets: 22-year-old man reported being robbed of cash by five men about 11:15 p.m. Tuesday. One man pointed a gun at him while the other four pushed him down and kicked him before running west on Garwood Street; victim not injured.
– 2700 block of West Kirby Avenue: Garage door kicked open and lawn mower and tools taken between 8 p.m. Saturday and 3:55 p.m. Sunday.
– Green Onion, 2020 N. Neil St.: Front door glass broken at 9:54 p.m. Saturday.
– 300 block of East Clark Street: Laptop computer stolen between 11 p.m. Saturday and 12:46 a.m. Sunday.
– 1000 block of Harrington Drive: Someone entered garage and stole wallet from inside vehicle about 11:30 p.m. Saturday.
– Triangle Fraternity, 112 E. Daniel St.: People went in fraternity and knocked on doors of residents and were asked to leave between 12:30 a.m. and 3:30 a.m. Sunday; computer monitor later discovered missing.
– 400 block of Edgewood Drive: Food valued at $35 was stolen from a delivery vehicle while a man was delivering pizza at 12:15 a.m. Sunday.
– 500 block of South Fair Street: Cash stolen from home Tuesday.
– The Clybourne, 706 S. Sixth St.: Woman's cell phone stolen Aug. 1.
– Factory Card Outlet, 2019 N. Prospect Ave.: Two wallets stolen from purses Sunday.
– 0-100 block of East Chalmers Street: GPS, electronic equipment, purse, cell phone stolen from locked vehicle July 26 or 27.
– 800 block of South Locust Street: Man discovered his apartment door kicked open Monday; mini-stereo stolen.
– 600 block of Crescent Drive: Computer, electronic gaming system and games stolen Monday.
– 1600 block of Windward Pointe: Ring discovered missing Tuesday.
– 2500 block of Fields South Drive: Motorcycle damaged between Friday and Tuesday.
– Freedom Oil, 1202 N. Mattis Ave.: Counterfeit bill used to buy merchandise Saturday.
– Gameday Sports, 1615 W. Springfield Ave.: Deposit bags missing from safe Saturday; reported Monday.
– Staples Office Supply, 2005 N. Prospect Ave.: Two laptop computers stolen from back room Saturday.
– 2400 block of Briar Hill Drive: Golf cart stolen from garage early Tuesday recovered later in grassy area along I-57.
URBANA
– Victory Park, 900 block of East Green Street: Two teen-age boys injured when battered by four males about 9 p.m. Monday; both refused medical attention.
– 2100 block of Country Squire Drive: Remote control stolen from car between 9:30 p.m. Saturday and 9:30 a.m. Sunday.
– 1500 block of Curtiss Drive: Photos and television stolen from house between 4 p.m. Saturday and 12:23 p.m. Monday.
– Stock Pavilion, 1402 W. Pennsylvania Ave.: Fire extinguisher discharged between 6 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Monday. The cost of cleaning the room and replacing the extinguisher was estimated at $100.
– 1200 block of Dorner Drive: A van from the University of Illinois motor pool damaged sometime before 11 p.m. Monday when green paint was poured over its exterior. Damage estimated at $500.
– Illini Union, 1401 W. Green St: Fire extinguisher discharged in third-floor room Sunday afternoon; $300 damage.
– 1300 block of West Green Street: Truck tire slashed and antenna bent Saturday or Sunday; $200 damage.
– 1000 block of West Illinois Street: Car side view mirrors on two vehicles damaged Saturday or Sunday; damage to both cars estimated at $700.
– Architecture Annex, 1208 W. Peabody Drive: Brick thrown through window early Tuesday; $200 damage.
– African- American Cultural Center, 708 S. Mathews Ave.: University parking pass stolen from mailbox Monday.
– Prairie Park, 2000 block of East Washington Street: Building had letters spray-painted on it Monday.
– 900 block of West Nevada Street: Bicycle stolen July 27.
