When firefighters arrived three minutes later, they saw flames and heavy smoke coming out of a second-floor window on the west side of the house. They also found a couch on fire in a second-floor living room, the report said.
Two people had already left the house by the time firefighters arrived, the report said. They were not injured, and no firefighters were injured.
