Lincoln Building fire causes little damage
CHAMPAIGN – A downtown fire at the Lincoln Building caused some lunchtime excitement today but little to no damage to the building.
Champaign Fire Department Capt. Lew Smith said the fire broke out when construction work on the sixth floor ignited some fabric.
