Order of protection sought against Arnette children's aunt

URBANA – As Champaign County Judge Tom Difanis was ruling on whether to move the murder trial of Robert Arnette, the lawyer representing the seven surviving children of Naomi Arnette was in another courtroom down the hall trying to protect their interests.

John DeLaMar, the guardian ad litem for the children, who now range in age from 8 to 18, asked Judge Holly Clemons to issue an order of protection on behalf of the children against Angela Roy, the sister of Robert Arnette.
