Man gets 12 years on cannabis charge
URBANA – A Rantoul man who admitted shipping cannabis to his cousin in Rantoul from Arizona was sentenced Tuesday to 12 years in prison and fined $6,100.
The sentence was the result of a plea agreement negotiated by Assistant State's Attorney Duke Harris with Urbana attorney Bruce Ratcliffe on behalf of Lincoln Lee.
