Douglas County sheriff hails $42,500 grant
TUSCOLA – The Douglas County sheriff says the award of a federal grant is going to move his department ahead about 15 years in technology terms.
Sheriff Charlie McGrew said he recently learned his office has been awarded a Homeland Security grant of $42,500 that will enable his department to buy five computers for squad cars.
