- Grand Avenue between Elm and Third streets.
- Monroe Street from the 100 block to Warren Street.
- Elm Street from Grand Avenue to Warren.
Champaign
- Prospect Avenue and McKinley Avenue railroad crossings between Vine and Maple streets.
- Anthony Drive from I-74 to Marketview Drive.
- Market Street from Garwood Street to Human Kinetics.
- Fifth Street from Chalmers Street to Armory Avenue.
