Volunteers pick up about 50 bags of trash, despite weather
DANVILLE – Winds and sleet did not deter the 20 or so volunteers who came out Saturday morning to clean along West Newell Road around the Wal-Mart shopping center.
The group – made up largely of Wal-Mart employees – traipsed through soggy ground to collect an estimated 50 bags of garbage.
