CHAMPAIGN – Many businessmen abhor additional governmental regulation. But Duane Edwards, owner of CU Taxi and Illini Limo in Champaign, said a proposed strengthening of Champaign and Urbana's vehicle-for-hire ordinances is welcome news to him.
