New view of history

URBANA – Jeffrey Resnick's view of history focuses on human residue of war – bone fragments, wounds and other morbid medical facts recorded by observers.

"Every object connects to the human condition," said Resnick, curator of the National Museum of Health and Medicine in Washington, D.C., and a guest speaker at the American History Teachers Collaborative summer meeting in Urbana on Tuesday.
